• Made-to-order jewellery pieces.
• Gift cards and promotional items.
• Clearance, sale, or discounted products.

3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible products subject to availability.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must meet all return eligibility requirements.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative solution may be offered.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
• We will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Sanoir Jewels is not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
